This spacious villa is finished and
decorated to a very high specification. The villa has four bedrooms,
a double and a twin bedroom set at either end of the villa, thus
giving two families added privacy. All the rooms are fitted with
ceiling fans and have mosquito nets on all windows. Each bedroom wing
has a full bathroom fitted to the highest standards. The separate,
well-equipped kitchen has very good quality appliances. In the centre
of the villa there is a very large living room with big picture
windows overlooking the swimming pool and with views to the sea. A
separate dining room leads off the living room. The living room and
dining rooms are wired for sound from a central sound system. There
is also an Internet connection available for an additional charge of
€25 per week.
From the patio doors in the living room, you exit to a large, south-facing terrace, which leads down to the sunken pool area. The 8 x 4 metre swimming pool is fully heated and is kept at a temperature of 26 degrees all year round. Sun-beds and patio dining furniture are supplied and together with a barbecue and outdoor lighting, make a beautiful setting for al fresco relaxing and entertaining.
The villa is located in the
rural and typically Canarian village of Guime, just a ten minute
drive to the resort of Puerto del Carmen with its miles of fabulous
golden beaches, as well as its bars, restaurants and shops. There is
a small supermarket in the village and a very large hypermarket only
a few minutes drive from the villa. It is also a fifteen-minute drive
to the resort of Costa Teguise where there is an 18 hole Golf Course
and a large Aqua Park for children.
A car is considered
essential and we would be glad to book one to await your arrival at
the airport.
